I don't know, but sure hope you find it. Is there such a thing as "whole rice" flour over there-- not refined? Or is that a dumb question?
When I lived in Korea, I think I used to get whole wheat flour in 동대문 시장. I couldn't possibly tell you exactly where, but I remember also being able to get rolled oats and dried fruit, neither of which where easily available elsewhere (at least at that time).
If you ever find whole wheat flour over there, send some to me here in the Philippines, too!
